Bob was on time for the appointment. Checked over the door and gave me an estimate. Told me it would take about an hour to install a new opener. After he had the install completed he went over it with me, he even programmed the outside pad with our old number so family could still get in. I have had other companies work on my doors over the years but they always tried to up sale me something I didn’t need. When my opener went down I remembered seeing your vans when I was driving around so I thought I’d try you. Glad I did.

Our door spring broke, we called at about 915p & had a technician here by around 815a the next morning. Matt, our technician, was very helpful!! Didn't know much about the company as I normally don't have issues with the garage door, but it had great reviews on Google. Very impressed with the company, response a knowledgeable. Bob, who was the technician, was friendly and fast at what he did. Will do business again when the time comes!

Don and Rick came out in less than 24 hours to fix our garage door. They were both kind and personable. They figured out the problem and provided 3 estimates for me to choose what work to do on the same day. In less than 2 hours our main garage door was working again. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Precision Door again.

I'm super thankful for Precision being able to come out same day to replace my broken spring. They did a full safety inspection and were able to replace several items that were nearing the end of their useful life, so hopefully I won't have any days in the near future where my car is stuck in the garage again. Ryan, our tech did a great job. Was out when scheduled, assessed the issue, didn't try and oversell the project and fixed what needed to be done at a reasonable price. Afterward, walked me thru what he did and made recommendations for future care and upkeep. When the time comes to replace instead of fix, these will be my go-to guys. Great job.

I came home this morning and found that my garage door wouldn’t open. I pulled the rope to disengage the opener but the door would still not budge. I called Precision Garage Door Services and talked with a woman who helped me get an appointment immediately – a few minutes later I received a text from the company telling me that a technician was on his way – his name and a photo were included along with a short bio. When Ryan arrived I felt totally comfortable as we looked at the door together and he explained why the opener and door were not working – he took time to examine things and then told me what needed to be done and why.
