I picked Precision Garage Door because of their user-friendly website. It contained all the information I needed to make a decision and book an appointment for the next day with a few clicks. Texts with pictures and a Bio of the technician in route alleviates any question of who will show up. Bob showed me all the choices with estimates. I was able to make an easy decision. Bob and Shorty were professional and quick. They finished the job in no time. Within 24 hours I was once again using my garage door. Great job! Thank you!

Bob was on time for the appointment. Checked over the door and gave me an estimate. Told me it would take about an hour to install a new opener. After he had the install completed he went over it with me, he even programmed the outside pad with our old number so family could still get in. I have had other companies work on my doors over the years but they always tried to up sale me something I didn’t need. When my opener went down I remembered seeing your vans when I was driving around so I thought I’d try you. Glad I did.

Had Rick come out to the house to take a look at our garage door opener that's been having problems for a few years. Was right on time, and had good communication beforehand to let me know how far away he was. Rick was able to quickly diagnose the issue, (along with some other electrical issues were experiencing) and offered us solutions for a fix from short term to long term. After looking over the options, he was able to get the work done same day, within hours. This was impressive as many companies take a look, give you a quote, and have to come back for the service at a later time. Overall great service from a great company. We will have Precision come back when we are ready for a door upgrade in the future. Highly recommend.

The garage door opener was giving us issues. We found Precision Garage Door Service on Google. The man on the phone told us he could have someone over in an hour or so. Bob showed up gave us a very fair quote and said he had everything he needed in his truck to do the job. Don showed up to give him a hand and in just over an hour we had a new garage door opener installed. Even though Bob had a very busy day and it was a very hot and humid day he did his job and took the time to explain everything. We would highly recommend this veteran owned company.
