Shorty and Keyson were great to work with. They called and texted when they were on their way with a photo of the crew so I knew who to expect, arrived shortly after and were pleasant to conversate with. The crew was knowledgeable, explained the process of a safety check to me and then outlined the three potential package options for repair. I never felt pressured to hurry my decision, or into a higher package cost. Shorty showed me the evidence of what he said needed repair and explained the reasons, along with expected longevity and warranty. I'm highly pleased with this experience and felt comfortable with the process whereas other repair companies I have worked with were not nearly as patient, pleasant or timely. All parts needed were on the truck and the work was done within an hour as promised. We will not be using any other company for garage door needs in the future- Precision was simply amazing!

Precision did an amazing job and I would recommend them any chance I got! They came out to do get an estimate and walked us through all of our options. Our torsion spring broke on our garage door of our 23 year old house and I was hoping to get it fixed quickly. I LOVED the ability to use the Precision website to pick and schedule my own repair time, which was available the SAME DAY! The guys showed up right on time and we excellent at communicating the exact process that was going to happen and gave me great details to understand all of my options. We were planning to purchase new garage doors in the near future and they offered to us the ability to pay for the spring repair, but have that money transfer into the bill of the new doors when we place that order. Garage door spring Broke on a Sunday afternoon and it just happened to be Mother’s Day. Called their number at 6:30 on Sunday night got scheduled the next morning at 8 o’clock. The tech was here at 8:03. His name was Joel. Super good guy did a great job was done by 9 AM. Highly recommend.
