Our spring broke, and we needed same day service. Our regular garage door guy couldn't get there same day, so I began to search online for someone that could. Reviews for Precision were all very good. Matt and Bob arrived ahead of schedule (they called to let us know that their previous appointment went faster than expected). work was done quickly and we felt the price was reasonable.

We had a good experience with all the people we worked with at Precision. From the person that answered our call, to the two employees - Shorty and Bob - that came to service our garage door. They gave us a few options to repair the garage door with prices and explanations. Once we decided on the plan, the men started working on the repair and did so in a timely manner. All of their work was explained in a manner we could understand and they answered all of our questions during the process with patience and easy to understand explanations. They were also very personable and easy to talk with. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking to do any kind of repair work on their garage door.

Very friendly and fast service! I had an emergency situation with my door and there were no openings until the next day. I received a call shortly after my initial call stating that the tech was only 20 mins away and was able to stop and assess. Provided 3 different quotes with suggestions based off of the safety inspection and they ended up being able to repair on the spot so no next day appt needed! Bob and Shorty were knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Our technician gave us an honest appraisal of the work needed and several choices for how we could proceed. He didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need.
