I was so grateful that Precision Garage Door could come so quickly to diagnose and ultimately replace, my garage door opener. They sent a text with a picture of the technician in advance. Shorty (the technician) called before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my 18 year old opener and recommended replacing it. In about an hour, the opener was replaced, a new keypad installed, a new wall control installed and my garage was back to normal! Very courteous, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. Great job! Highly recommend!

To my surprise my garage door broke. It was 7am and had to use my wife’s car. I began searching for garage door repair companies. First I tried local companies but only got answering machines. I called Precision and actually talked to a person. I was immediately given an arrival time. Bob and associate arrived on time and made the repair. Don’t be afraid to mention retired law enforcement or veteran. Save a few bucks.

I would highly recommend both for anyone needing good and competent service providers. Also thank you to the company. I had booked another company two days ago to come out and they canceled at the last minute today. I called Precision and they responded immediately and the issue was fixed before the other company was even due to be here.
