Precision Garage Door Service of Appleton

One of my coil springs broke my 16ft garage door, so I called Precision and they scheduled me for an 8 a.m. repair in two days. The service man got in touch with me at 8:10 and said they were on the way. They gave me 3 different estimates after a check over. I told them what I wanted and in an hour they were done. Both workers were pleasant and courteous. If I have another door problem I would definitely call them again. Great job!

I called Precision Garage Door Service of Green Bay, based off of recommendations from personal contacts. I needed to have the cables on my garage door evaluated, and possibly replaced. It was simple to obtain an appointment that fit in to my chaotic calendar. The technician (Matt Martin) was punctual, professional, thorough, and personable. The charge for the repair was right around the price I was expecting. An overall EXCEPTIONAL experience! I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Green Bay in a heartbeat.

I choose Precision Garage Door because of the reviews, it was veteran owned and they were local to me. I had a broken torsion spring and they were able to come the following day. My appointment was for the afternoon but, Bob my technician, called and was able to come earlier which was perfect for me. Bob was great, he was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My garage was repaired and up and running in an hour. I am very pleased with the service and the whole experience.

- Bill Kapinski

“Shorty” did a terrific job! Did an outstanding job of explaining the work to be done and pricing. Work was top quality. Completely satisfied with him! I will be calling for complete replacement of my garage door next year!!

- Daniel Krause

Shorty and Keyson were great to work with. They called and texted when they were on their way with a photo of the crew so I knew who to expect, arrived shortly after and were pleasant to conversate with. The crew was knowledgeable, explained the process of a safety check to me and then outlined the three potential package options for repair. I never felt pressured to hurry my decision, or into a higher package cost. Shorty showed me the evidence of what he said needed repair and explained the reasons, along with expected longevity and warranty. I'm highly pleased with this experience and felt comfortable with the process whereas other repair companies I have worked with were not nearly as patient, pleasant or timely. All parts needed were on the truck and the work was done within an hour as promised. We will not be using any other company for garage door needs in the future- Precision was simply amazing!

- Cassandra Eggert

Roger and his sidekick (Joel?) were great. They were very patient with my sister-in-law who has serious dementia issues. She asked many questions over and over and Roger answered them politely and courteously. We have had occasion to have Precision Door service our own garage doors and today's experience was just as efficient and professional as those previous occasions. Thank you.

The service technician were able to tell me everything that needed to be done after a thorough inspection and break down the costs to give you options which I like the pointed out things that were overlooked by a previous company that had worked on my doo two years ago. Called Precision after a competitor ( rhymes with schmamerican) failed to show up or even call or text. Rick came on time, offered coffee ( I think that's his "shtick"), gave me estimate and within an hour had a brand new Genie. That Baby is Smooooth. No hassle, I highly recommend.
