Rick arrived a day earlier than first scheduled, which was fine with us. He was very courteous and of course knowledgeable. Our garage door was quickly repaired and the mechanical misalignment was corrected. Our garage door now works more smoothly than it has in years. after calling one of Precisions competitors for service on my garage door, well to make a long story short 6 days later my door was not fixed and got no response from the company i called until i called them to find out what was going on. I was told I wasn't their only customer and would have to wait a couple more days. A neighbor recommend that I call Precision. Within an hour of calling to make an appt. Rick their repairman was at my door, ( it took 2 days for the 1st company I called to even show up to tell me parts needed to be ordered). An hour later my door was fixed,Rick had the parts on the truck and had my door back in service. If I could I'd give Precision and Rick 10 stars. This company is the standard by which other company's today should take notice. Communication with the customer was excellent, prompt service was excellent, knowledgeable serviceman was excellent and a well stocked service vehicle all signs of a great service company. They've earned my bussiness and I'll recommend them to everyone.

The garage door spring broke so I checked around. Most were closed or booked already. Found Precision Garage Door and was able to get a repair scheduled for following Monday. I received a text confirming the appointment and further received a reminder over the weekend. On top of that, on day of service, I received a called a few hours ahead of scheduled time and a text identifying Rick ahead with new time for repair. Rick performed a thorough evaluation of the door, provided recommendations and estimates, and then proceeded to provide exceptional and very professional service. Had Rick come out to the house to take a look at our garage door opener that's been having problems for a few years. Was right on time, and had good communication beforehand to let me know how far away he was. Rick was able to quickly diagnose the issue, (along with some other electrical issues were experiencing) and offered us solutions for a fix from short term to long term. After looking over the options, he was able to get the work done same day, within hours. This was impressive as many companies take a look, give you a quote, and have to come back for the service at a later time. Overall great service from a great company. We will have Precision come back when we are ready for a door upgrade in the future. Highly recommend.
