I was so grateful that Precision Garage Door could come so quickly to diagnose and ultimately replace, my garage door opener. They sent a text with a picture of the technician in advance. Shorty (the technician) called before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my 18 year old opener and recommended replacing it. In about an hour, the opener was replaced, a new keypad installed, a new wall control installed and my garage was back to normal! Very courteous, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. Great job! Highly recommend!

My garage door wouldn't open. I needed it repaired ASAP. I called for a appointment. I was told someone could repair it within a couple hours. Rick came out and did the repairs and updated the mechanism to run the door. Rick was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend the services provided from Precision Garage Door. I requested an estimate for new rollers and a new opener at 11:00am and by 4:15pm. The rollers were changed and new opener installed. Rick and his crew were excellent. I have never experienced such prompt, friendly service. Thank you

Had an operator reinforcement bracket installed on 16x7 overhead door. Original opener bracket had separated from door. Matt and Joel were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in simple terms and were done in no time. You should be proud to have the two of them on your team. Would highly recommend your business to anyone!

To my surprise my garage door broke. It was 7am and had to use my wife’s car. I began searching for garage door repair companies. First I tried local companies but only got answering machines. I called Precision and actually talked to a person. I was immediately given an arrival time. Bob and associate arrived on time and made the repair. Don’t be afraid to mention retired law enforcement or veteran. Save a few bucks.

These guys rock! They replaced a couple of doors for me last year. When one of them had a cable come loose my renter texted me at 6:07 AM on a Saturday. I booked an appointment online and by 9:30 the door was fixed and there was no charge. Bob and Shorty took care of business in a professional manner and I couldn't be more happy. Great business.

Rick was very personable and knowledgeable. My garage door was pretty well busted up and he was able to access the garage and then repair the door to the best of his ability. I only wanted a temporary fix as I’m purchasing a new door. I can’t say enough about his workmanship and dedication. He was very kind and definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

We called Don at Precision Garage Door on October 21, 2025. Much to our surprise their repair crew Matt (foreman), and Bob showed up that same morning at 11:30 am and by 1:00 pm they completed all the repairs with new springs, new lift control unit, door sensors and push button controls (inside & out). They were very professional, and efficient throughout the whole installation process including a detailed explanation of how everything worked! If we could give them more than a 5-Star review we would because they deserve it and so does Precision Garage Door!

Matt Elsinger was extremely professional and prompt. He explained the whole process to me including maintenance for my garage doors even though he was only fixing one side. He was friendly and did not try to upsell me on anything. He explained the options I had and explained each one to me.
