I am in a unique situation and needed help to get over the hump. Get my door functioning til my new door came in. I did not get my door through this company and it is a long story. Again just wanted help till than and trying to save . Got a quote for 290.00 which is fair and no one's fault my spring broke before new door is here. I get Hector and Tiny Tim talking about windows and updating my door with a 7000 dollar door. Than the hit me with 451 dollars to fix my door? I had to refrain myself and send them packing. I took time off for this nonsense and no help at all. You forgot your business is built , workmanship, people and integrity. Most of all honesty. I have already told another company about this and guess what they are coming tonight to help for the cost of parts and a beer after since l am the last job. Listen to your customer and learn. Otherwise you will fall especially when we share. Good luck

Tony, I'm sorry we got off on the wrong foot. We like to give the customer options, and in this case that included a top of the line option in mahogany with windows. If you would have bought a door from us, the $451 for a spring would have gone straight to the down payment for a new door...no cost to you at the end of the day. Roger came out at the time he said he would be here and we found out that it was a Wayne Dalton garage door that precision does not work on. He gave me the information of a competitor door company that works on that type of door. It was very much appreciated.

Very polite and efficient gentlemen came for an estimate on keyless remote not retaining the code for long periods of time. Explained the reason for my keyless entry issues in a way I could understand. Basically instead of a bandaid to buy a few weeks/months to consider replacing the whole unit saving money in the long run. Definitely will call when we get approval from the landlord.

Our technician gave us an honest appraisal of the work needed and several choices for how we could proceed. He didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need. It is nice to see that kind of integrity. The work was done quickly, but with good attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged before they left. I was very satisfied with the service provided and would fully recommend them to family and friends.

I wanted to replace my 24 year old garage door opener that was getting very noisy. After seeing the great reviews on line I called Precision Garage Door service of Appleton. The technician Roger Krause was on time. He explained what he was going to do and why. He installed my new opener and replaced the old rollers. He Cleaned everything up showed all of the new parts. I would highly recommend precision garage doors. The men, Matt and Bob were not only knowledgeable and very helpful but they were also friendly, patient and kind. They explained everything. We are a retired couple and sometimes because of that you are treated differently by some companies, however these guys were outstanding!!
