My single torsion spring broke on my wife’s stall when she left for work. After reading other reviews on Precision Door I had Bob and Shorty stop out for an estimate and explanation of options and in under two hours they had my garage door back in action. I would highly recommend precision garage doors. The men, Matt and Bob were not only knowledgeable and very helpful but they were also friendly, patient and kind. They explained everything. We are a retired couple and sometimes because of that you are treated differently by some companies, however these guys were outstanding!!

Called Precision after a competitor ( rhymes with schmamerican) failed to show up or even call or text. Rick came on time, offered coffee ( I think that's his "shtick"), gave me estimate and within an hour had a brand new Genie. That Baby is Smooooth. No hassle, I highly recommend.

After doing research into area garage door companies, I decided to contact Precision regarding the desire to replace two old wooden doors. A representative from Precision quickly got back to me and we set up a time when I could meet with a technician. Rick arrived a day earlier than first scheduled, which was fine with us. He was very courteous and of course knowledgeable. Our garage door was quickly repaired and the mechanical misalignment was corrected. Our garage door now works more smoothly than it has in years. Precision came out quickly to help me out. The two technicians we had, Matt aka "Shorty" and Bob were outstanding! They approached me, and listened to all of my concerns. They checked out the issues with my garage door was having and fixed the problem right away. These guys were very knowledgeable and worked very well together. Top notch service! after calling one of Precisions competitors for service on my garage door, well to make a long story short 6 days later my door was not fixed and got no response from the company i called until i called them to find out what was going on. I was told I wasn't their only customer and would have to wait a couple more days. A neighbor recommend that I call Precision. Within an hour of calling to make an appt. Rick their repairman was at my door, ( it took 2 days for the 1st company I called to even show up to tell me parts needed to be ordered). An hour later my door was fixed,Rick had the parts on the truck and had my door back in service. If I could I'd give Precision and Rick 10 stars. This company is the standard by which other company's today should take notice. Communication with the customer was excellent, prompt service was excellent, knowledgeable serviceman was excellent and a well stocked service vehicle all signs of a great service company. They've earned my bussiness and I'll recommend them to everyone.

The garage door spring broke so I checked around. Most were closed or booked already. Found Precision Garage Door and was able to get a repair scheduled for following Monday. I received a text confirming the appointment and further received a reminder over the weekend. On top of that, on day of service, I received a called a few hours ahead of scheduled time and a text identifying Rick ahead with new time for repair. Rick performed a thorough evaluation of the door, provided recommendations and estimates, and then proceeded to provide exceptional and very professional service.
