The two guys that were here fabulous and did an amazing job. They tried to fix the opener we had but it was not to be. They gave me a quote on an opener and then I received a call to set that up. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend your service. I would give the two gentleman Bob and I apologize but I don't remember other gentlemen' name. They are top notch and deserve 12 stars!!

We had a problem with the door. They came out the same day and fixed it. They never charged us for it. They were extremely helpful and patient with senior citizens. When they installed the garage door last year they were awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Bob sent me an expected arrival text with photo and introduction with a coworker. They replaced a broken hinge, sprayed creaking door hinges and brought a new garage door opener programmed it and left some silicone spray for future use. They were prompt, efficient, helpful, friendly. Would definitely recommend Precision Door for garage door needs.

Shorty and Keyson were great to work with. They called and texted when they were on their way with a photo of the crew so I knew who to expect, arrived shortly after and were pleasant to conversate with. The crew was knowledgeable, explained the process of a safety check to me and then outlined the three potential package options for repair. I never felt pressured to hurry my decision, or into a higher package cost. Shorty showed me the evidence of what he said needed repair and explained the reasons, along with expected longevity and warranty. I'm highly pleased with this experience and felt comfortable with the process whereas other repair companies I have worked with were not nearly as patient, pleasant or timely. All parts needed were on the truck and the work was done within an hour as promised. We will not be using any other company for garage door needs in the future- Precision was simply amazing!

Bob came out this morning to get my garage door working properly. He was obviously very knowledgeable and got the problem solved in short time. I was surprised at the total cost of replacing the sensors, but I know everything seems to cost a lot these days. My only complaint is that I paid with a credit card and asked for a receipt. He said I would receive an email showing the work order completed along with the cost and information on the warranty. I assumed that I would receive this email immediately; however here it is 5 hours later, and I have not received any emails other than this one to submit my review. I hope the one showing the information I want to see will still be coming?

Precision did an amazing job and I would recommend them any chance I got! They came out to do get an estimate and walked us through all of our options. Scheduled service online for openings the next day for broken cable (cable-hung) garage door. Other services I checked had at least 2-day wait or wanted to charge me for emergency service call. On the day of service, I received a message from the technician introducing himself with a brief bio and ETA. Matt (a/k/a Shorty) and Bob reviewed the issue(s) and provided me with well-explained recommendations and options. No sales pressure. I later observed Bob on the ground using a 2X4 to hold the door up in addition to Matt's help because they had trouble reaching a bolt to repair the track (which was badly bent). I'm glad there were two techs because I certainly would not have had the strength to help! They were very helpful, polite and patient in explaining the repairs to me. I'm keeping Precision Garage Door Service in my files should any future issues arise. I will absolutely recommend your service and would give you higher than a 5-star rating if I could! Our spring broke, and we needed same day service. Our regular garage door guy couldn't get there same day, so I began to search online for someone that could. Reviews for Precision were all very good. We had a good experience with all the people we worked with at Precision. From the person that answered our call, to the two employees - Shorty and Bob - that came to service our garage door. They gave us a few options to repair the garage door with prices and explanations. Once we decided on the plan, the men started working on the repair and did so in a timely manner. All of their work was explained in a manner we could understand and they answered all of our questions during the process with patience and easy to understand explanations. They were also very personable and easy to talk with. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking to do any kind of repair work on their garage door.
