Quite a surprise for us this morning as our garage door opener quit working. The stars must have been aligned for us as one of you service agents was completing service on a neighbors garage door. So my wife flagged him down to see if he could help. Much to our delight he had time to solve our issue. Shorty was quite helpful and very accommodating. We had a cable snap on one of our garage doors, preventing it from closing all the way. The cable had snapped due to rust, so we reached out to Precision Garage Door Service for help. Bob and his teammates were prompt, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I especially appreciated the text we received before they arrived with a picture of Bob and a little about him. That personal touch went a long way! Bob assessed both of our garage doors and offered to provide a quote for either repairing just the one door or taking care of both. We really appreciated the proactive quality check and ultimately decided to have both doors serviced. Afterward, Bob and his team walked us through maintenance recommendations, answered all of our follow-up questions, and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I choose Precision Garage Door because of the reviews, it was veteran owned and they were local to me. I had a broken torsion spring and they were able to come the following day. My appointment was for the afternoon but, Bob my technician, called and was able to come earlier which was perfect for me. Bob was great, he was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My garage was repaired and up and running in an hour. I am very pleased with the service and the whole experience.

The two guys that were here fabulous and did an amazing job. They tried to fix the opener we had but it was not to be. They gave me a quote on an opener and then I received a call to set that up.
