Our garage door would not open and close properly. We looked for a company that could service us as soon as possible. We saw Precision Garage and called them, and they sent out a technician the next day, which was a Saturday. Matt looked at the situation and explained that the spring was shot and needed to be replaced. Matt is very knowledgeable and efficient. He had the spring on hand and fixed our door the very same day. We plan on replacing the door at a future date and will definitely purchase it from Precision.

Bob Meidam and Kelly Labrec from Precision Garage Door Services are absolute rockstars! They kept me in the loop on their arrival time and showed up right on the dot. They did a full checkup and fixed my garage door right then and there. Plus, they took the extra time to teach me some awesome, easy maintenance tricks to keep things running smooth and left me with some fair quotes for down the road. Just super nice, respectful, and down-to-earth professionals. I’d recommend them to anyone around here without a second thought!

We needed some repairs to our existing garage door in Egg Harbor and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience with Precision Garage Door of Green Bay. Their communication was excellent, the work was professionally done, and Joel Hamil, our service technician, explained everything thoroughly and did a fantastic job. Very highly recommended!

Elija was awesome. On time pleasant professional who knew what he was doing. Quickly resolved all of my issues. New base seal is perfect. Also fixed my remote opener by recoding unit. Reasonable price for the service call and time spent. He is an asset to your business and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend him and your business to anyone needing garage door service. Appreciate the quick response time as well. You guys again are awesome.

Company procedures and communication are great. The techs were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. All work done seems up to expectations. The only negative was the price seems really high. Almost $1300 for one broken spring. They did replace cables and look everything over and lube it. But still the lowest priced option to fix my broken spring was over $1000

I had an incredible experience with my door repair, Shorty was my technician and was nothing less than friendly, helpful, pleasant and efficient. The entire repair took under an hour and Shorty gave me a great explanation of what he did, what I can do to maintain my garage door myself, and also a ton of helpful information and options for when we want to eventually replace our aging door. Extremely happy with my service and I will absolutely be using Precision again in the future.

I chose Precision Garage Door because of their 4.9 rating. It was my first time needing garage door service. Joel Hamil (the technician) was very polite, pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problems with the garage door, pointed them out to me, and proceeded to fix them. There was no charge for what was done. When the time comes to replace the opener, I will definitely give them a call. I already put them into my cell phone contacts. Thank you.

Elijah was a consummate professional. He has a customer centered orientation and we never had the feeling he was pushing new product purchase and/or repair. He fixed our existing problem. The company is fortunate to have Elijah as a member of their company. He definitely drives client loyalty and word of mouth referrals.

My overhead door Latch broke on my lawn shed, there is no service door to enter just the overhead door, the plastic latch inside stripped out. Called precision to come and see if they could fix it, was not successful, possible had to replace the overhead door with a new one, cut the old door out to get in. I had nothing to loose at this point, I took the steel weather cap off on the roof, reached down with a long rod to pop the cable

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because back in April 2025, their team came out and fixed my broken garage door. They did a fantastic job with the repair. Currently, I was having issues with the door not opening up all the way. It seemed to want to open at an angle once it got to the top of the opening. Joel Hamil was the technician that came out to take a look at it. After further investigation, there was a bolt that lost the attached nut and it was blocking the track at the top of the railing. Joel diagnosed the problem and replaced the bolt and nut.
