I chose Precision Garage Door Service because back in April 2025, their team came out and fixed my broken garage door. They did a fantastic job with the repair. Currently, I was having issues with the door not opening up all the way. It seemed to want to open at an angle once it got to the top of the opening. Joel Hamil was the technician that came out to take a look at it. After further investigation, there was a bolt that lost the attached nut and it was blocking the track at the top of the railing. Joel diagnosed the problem and replaced the bolt and nut.

Joel Hamil and his assistant were absolutely a joy to work with. They were thorough and efficient explaining everything and showing us options. I was impressed not only by their knowledge but by their manners. We're older and they both went out of their way to be helpful and polite.

Joel was fantastic. I have an older opener and door. He explained things thoroughly including things that were still working and stable and things to be replaced. Once I explained what was happening he diagnosed the problem right away. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a cable snap on one of our garage doors, preventing it from closing all the way. The cable had snapped due to rust, so we reached out to Precision Garage Door Service for help. Bob and his teammates were prompt, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I especially appreciated the text we received before they arrived with a picture of Bob and a little about him. That personal touch went a long way! Bob assessed both of our garage doors and offered to provide a quote for either repairing just the one door or taking care of both. We really appreciated the proactive quality check and ultimately decided to have both doors serviced. Afterward, Bob and his team walked us through maintenance recommendations, answered all of our follow-up questions, and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. We never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear they wanted us to understand the work and how to keep our doors operating properly. Excellent service and a great experience all around. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will definitely use them again for any future garage door needs!

Another great job by these guys. My garage door broke at 1:00 PM, Joel was on scene by 2:15 PM and the door was fixed by 4:00 PM. And under warranty so no charge. So glad I found this company.
