Precision Garage Door Service of Green Bay

Bob sent me an expected arrival text with photo and introduction with a coworker. They replaced a broken hinge, sprayed creaking door hinges and brought a new garage door opener programmed it and left some silicone spray for future use. They were prompt, efficient, helpful, friendly. Would definitely recommend Precision Door for garage door needs.

Bob came out this morning to get my garage door working properly. He was obviously very knowledgeable and got the problem solved in short time. I was surprised at the total cost of replacing the sensors, but I know everything seems to cost a lot these days. My only complaint is that I paid with a credit card and asked for a receipt. He said I would receive an email showing the work order completed along with the cost and information on the warranty. I assumed that I would receive this email immediately; however here it is 5 hours later, and I have not received any emails other than this one to submit my review. I hope the one showing the information I want to see will still be coming?

Precision came out quickly to help me out. The two technicians we had, Matt aka "Shorty" and Bob were outstanding! They approached me, and listened to all of my concerns. My garage door wouldn't open. I needed it repaired ASAP. I called for a appointment. I was told someone could repair it within a couple hours. To my surprise my garage door broke. It was 7am and had to use my wife’s car. I began searching for garage door repair companies. First I tried local companies but only got answering machines. I called Precision and actually talked to a person. I was immediately given an arrival time. Bob and associate arrived on time and made the repair. Don’t be afraid to mention retired law enforcement or veteran. Save a few bucks.

These guys rock! They replaced a couple of doors for me last year. When one of them had a cable come loose my renter texted me at 6:07 AM on a Saturday. I booked an appointment online and by 9:30 the door was fixed and there was no charge. Bob and Shorty took care of business in a professional manner and I couldn't be more happy. Great business.
