The techs who came to the house were nice, professional, I had informed them was using home Warranty, never said anything. Gave me quote, I submitted to my warranty company, I contacted precision door to inform them, was told they don't handle home warranties. So, total waste of my time and efforts. Not a happy customer

The overhead spring on the garage door broke Friday night. Called Precision Saturday morning, made an appointment for Monday between 12 and 2:00. They showed up 15 minutes early, looked over the problem, checked over the door to make sure there weren't any other things that needed attention, gave me an estimate. 35 -40 minutes later, they were finished. The service is outstanding, they back up the parts with a 3 year warranty, and the tech, Bob M. Was outstanding. They were so fast that I was still able to sneak out and play 9 holes of golf.

These guys rock! They replaced a couple of doors for me last year. When one of them had a cable come loose my renter texted me at 6:07 AM on a Saturday. I booked an appointment online and by 9:30 the door was fixed and there was no charge. Bob and Shorty took care of business in a professional manner and I couldn't be more happy. Great business.

Bob was on time for the appointment. Checked over the door and gave me an estimate. Told me it would take about an hour to install a new opener. After he had the install completed he went over it with me, he even programmed the outside pad with our old number so family could still get in. I have had other companies work on my doors over the years but they always tried to up sale me something I didn’t need. When my opener went down I remembered seeing your vans when I was driving around so I thought I’d try you. Glad I did.

The garage door opener was giving us issues. We found Precision Garage Door Service on Google. The man on the phone told us he could have someone over in an hour or so. Bob showed up gave us a very fair quote and said he had everything he needed in his truck to do the job. Don showed up to give him a hand and in just over an hour we had a new garage door opener installed. Even though Bob had a very busy day and it was a very hot and humid day he did his job and took the time to explain everything. We would highly recommend this veteran owned company.
