My overhead door Latch broke on my lawn shed, there is no service door to enter just the overhead door, the plastic latch inside stripped out. Called precision to come and see if they could fix it, was not successful, possible had to replace the overhead door with a new one, cut the old door out to get in. I had nothing to loose at this point, I took the steel weather cap off on the roof, reached down with a long rod to pop the cable

I choose Precision Garage Door because of the reviews, it was veteran owned and they were local to me. I had a broken torsion spring and they were able to come the following day. My appointment was for the afternoon but, Bob my technician, called and was able to come earlier which was perfect for me. Bob was great, he was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My garage was repaired and up and running in an hour. I am very pleased with the service and the whole experience.

The two guys that were here fabulous and did an amazing job. They tried to fix the opener we had but it was not to be. They gave me a quote on an opener and then I received a call to set that up. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend your service. I would give the two gentleman Bob and I apologize but I don't remember other gentlemen' name. We had a problem with the door. They came out the same day and fixed it. They never charged us for it. They were extremely helpful and patient with senior citizens. When they installed the garage door last year they were awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Bob sent me an expected arrival text with photo and introduction with a coworker. They replaced a broken hinge, sprayed creaking door hinges and brought a new garage door opener programmed it and left some silicone spray for future use. They were prompt, efficient, helpful, friendly. Would definitely recommend Precision Door for garage door needs.

Bob came out this morning to get my garage door working properly. He was obviously very knowledgeable and got the problem solved in short time. I was surprised at the total cost of replacing the sensors, but I know everything seems to cost a lot these days. My only complaint is that I paid with a credit card and asked for a receipt. He said I would receive an email showing the work order completed along with the cost and information on the warranty. I assumed that I would receive this email immediately; however here it is 5 hours later, and I have not received any emails other than this one to submit my review. I hope the one showing the information I want to see will still be coming?

Very polite and efficient gentlemen came for an estimate on keyless remote not retaining the code for long periods of time. Explained the reason for my keyless entry issues in a way I could understand. Basically instead of a bandaid to buy a few weeks/months to consider replacing the whole unit saving money in the long run. Definitely will call when we get approval from the landlord.
