I picked Precision Garage Door because of their user-friendly website. It contained all the information I needed to make a decision and book an appointment for the next day with a few clicks. Texts with pictures and a Bio of the technician in route alleviates any question of who will show up. Bob showed me all the choices with estimates. I was able to make an easy decision. Bob and Shorty were professional and quick. They finished the job in no time. Within 24 hours I was once again using my garage door. Great job! Thank you!

Bob was on time for the appointment. Checked over the door and gave me an estimate. Told me it would take about an hour to install a new opener. After he had the install completed he went over it with me, he even programmed the outside pad with our old number so family could still get in. I have had other companies work on my doors over the years but they always tried to up sale me something I didn’t need. When my opener went down I remembered seeing your vans when I was driving around so I thought I’d try you. Glad I did.

The garage door opener was giving us issues. We found Precision Garage Door Service on Google. The man on the phone told us he could have someone over in an hour or so. Bob showed up gave us a very fair quote and said he had everything he needed in his truck to do the job. Don showed up to give him a hand and in just over an hour we had a new garage door opener installed. Even though Bob had a very busy day and it was a very hot and humid day he did his job and took the time to explain everything. We would highly recommend this veteran owned company. Awesome company. They were very prompt. They sent a text when in route to our house, along with a picture of the person coming. Bob was accompanies by Matt. They did a 25 point inspection, they let us know what was wrong and gave est. Approved est. And they were done within an hour. I would highly recommend this company. Very reasonable in price.

Excellent work! When my garage door failed to open yesterday evening, I used Google to find someone who would help and this company showed up on the screen. I was told that help would come this morning and that I would receive a call to alert me when the technicians were on their way. As promised, I received an advance warning and an ETA. The men arrived on time, were very courteous and worked steadily until the job was finished. I’m very pleased to have a smooth-running garage door now. The updates on the garage light and garage door openers were also welcome. Very professional work. I would certainly recommend this company to any neighbors who were seeking a similar service.
