I chose Precision Garage Door because, literally, they were the first company that came up, when I searched online for a garage door repair service. Everything I read about them sounded good. They had very good reviews, so I called and gave them a try. They stopped over a few hours after I contacted them. They tried to fix the issue I was having on my, at least, 16 year old garage opener. Unfortunately, the fix that they tried didn’t work, so they came back the next day and replaced the garage door opener. I was very happy with them. I met three of the employees. They were all super nice and very helpful. Everything‘s been working great since and I couldn’t be more happy. I know two of the three guys, that were here, are veterans and one of them is the owner. I’m always up for supporting the veterans. I would highly recommend them, for any garage door issues you might be having.

Don was able to come to my house and give me a quote the same day I called. Within a week I had a new door and opener. Don and Matt did a nice job on the installation. Looks great is is so quiet! Our door spring broke, we called at about 915p & had a technician here by around 815a the next morning. Matt, our technician, was very helpful!! Very informative of all details of repair. Gave us options for different repairs and how much we wanted done. Work was done quickly and clean up was good. Have not received a copy of invoice at this time. Want a copy for my records. Otherwise very happy with service.
