Our torsion spring broke on our garage door of our 23 year old house and I was hoping to get it fixed quickly. I LOVED the ability to use the Precision website to pick and schedule my own repair time, which was available the SAME DAY! The guys showed up right on time and we excellent at communicating the exact process that was going to happen and gave me great details to understand all of my options. We were planning to purchase new garage doors in the near future and they offered to us the ability to pay for the spring repair, but have that money transfer into the bill of the new doors when we place that order.
