I wanted to replace my 24 year old garage door opener that was getting very noisy. After seeing the great reviews on line I called Precision Garage Door service of Appleton. The technician Roger Krause was on time. He explained what he was going to do and why. He installed my new opener and replaced the old rollers. He Cleaned everything up showed all of the new parts. Roger came out at the time he said he would be here and we found out that it was a Wayne Dalton garage door that precision does not work on. He gave me the information of a competitor door company that works on that type of door. It was very much appreciated.
