Overall, my experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. They exceeded my expectations by getting me an earlier appointment, communicating to me when the technician was on their way, and answering all my questions. Elijah was very thorough, had great attention to detail, went above and beyond by tightening loose screws, and provided options based on my needs. Thanks so much for the great experience.

I wanted to replace my 24 year old garage door opener that was getting very noisy. After seeing the great reviews on line I called Precision Garage Door service of Appleton. The technician Roger Krause was on time. He explained what he was going to do and why. He installed my new opener and replaced the old rollers. He Cleaned everything up showed all of the new parts. I would recommend this business, and Roger was a very nice installer. Steve , Manitowoc

After doing research into area garage door companies, I decided to contact Precision regarding the desire to replace two old wooden doors. A representative from Precision quickly got back to me and we set up a time when I could meet with a technician. Matt arrived on time and took me through the process of assessing what was needed and preferred, and we placed an order. The whole process went smoothly as Matt was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to the installation of my new doors. Thank you!

Rick arrived a day earlier than first scheduled, which was fine with us. He was very courteous and of course knowledgeable. Our garage door was quickly repaired and the mechanical misalignment was corrected. Our garage door now works more smoothly than it has in years. I will make sure to use Precision Garage doors again when needed. Their price was quite fair and lower than expected. Thanks, Rick. Steve Krause
