Rick arrived a day earlier than first scheduled, which was fine with us. He was very courteous and of course knowledgeable. Our garage door was quickly repaired and the mechanical misalignment was corrected. Our garage door now works more smoothly than it has in years. I googled garage door repair and precision door was on top. Read reviews and they convinced me to call the number. Your office person was fantastic and I felt safe and great and reasonable priced service Your service tech Ryan came at the selected time frame and contacted us when he was getting close. Ryan gave use three options and explained them well. Ryan’s professional and presentation convinced me I have the right company and fantastic service tech Ryan finished job and explained what he saw He cleaned up and we are so pleased and satisfied Thanks to Ryan
