Very polite and efficient gentlemen came for an estimate on keyless remote not retaining the code for long periods of time. Explained the reason for my keyless entry issues in a way I could understand. Basically instead of a bandaid to buy a few weeks/months to consider replacing the whole unit saving money in the long run. Definitely will call when we get approval from the landlord.

The technician Roger Krause was on time. He explained what he was going to do and why. He installed my new opener and replaced the old rollers. He Cleaned everything up showed all of the new parts.
