To my surprise my garage door broke. It was 7am and had to use my wife’s car. I began searching for garage door repair companies. First I tried local companies but only got answering machines. I called Precision and actually talked to a person. I was immediately given an arrival time. Bob and associate arrived on time and made the repair. Don’t be afraid to mention retired law enforcement or veteran. Save a few bucks.

These guys rock! They replaced a couple of doors for me last year. When one of them had a cable come loose my renter texted me at 6:07 AM on a Saturday. I booked an appointment online and by 9:30 the door was fixed and there was no charge. Bob and Shorty took care of business in a professional manner and I couldn't be more happy. Great business.

I would highly recommend both for anyone needing good and competent service providers. Also thank you to the company. I had booked another company two days ago to come out and they canceled at the last minute today. I called Precision and they responded immediately and the issue was fixed before the other company was even due to be here. Rick was very personable and knowledgeable. My garage door was pretty well busted up and he was able to access the garage and then repair the door to the best of his ability. I only wanted a temporary fix as I’m purchasing a new door. I can’t say enough about his workmanship and dedication. He was very kind and definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

We called Don at Precision Garage Door on October 21, 2025. Much to our surprise their repair crew Matt (foreman), and Bob showed up that same morning at 11:30 am and by 1:00 pm they completed all the repairs with new springs, new lift control unit, door sensors and push button controls (inside & out). They were very professional, and efficient throughout the whole installation process including a detailed explanation of how everything worked! If we could give them more than a 5-Star review we would because they deserve it and so does Precision Garage Door!

Matt Elsinger was extremely professional and prompt. He explained the whole process to me including maintenance for my garage doors even though he was only fixing one side. He was friendly and did not try to upsell me on anything. He explained the options I had and explained each one to me. I chose Precision Garage Door because, literally, they were the first company that came up, when I searched online for a garage door repair service. Everything I read about them sounded good. They had very good reviews, so I called and gave them a try. They stopped over a few hours after I contacted them. They tried to fix the issue I was having on my, at least, 16 year old garage opener. Unfortunately, the fix that they tried didn’t work, so they came back the next day and replaced the garage door opener. I was very happy with them. I met three of the employees. They were all super nice and very helpful. Everything‘s been working great since and I couldn’t be more happy. I know two of the three guys, that were here, are veterans and one of them is the owner. I’m always up for supporting the veterans. I would highly recommend them, for any garage door issues you might be having.

I picked Precision Garage Door because of their user-friendly website. It contained all the information I needed to make a decision and book an appointment for the next day with a few clicks. Texts with pictures and a Bio of the technician in route alleviates any question of who will show up. Bob showed me all the choices with estimates. I was able to make an easy decision. Bob and Shorty were professional and quick. They finished the job in no time. Within 24 hours I was once again using my garage door. Great job! Thank you!

Had an operator reinforcement bracket installed on 16x7 overhead door. Original opener bracket had separated from door. Matt and Joel were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in simple terms and were done in no time. You should be proud to have the two of them on your team. Would highly recommend your business to anyone!
