I was so grateful that Precision Garage Door could come so quickly to diagnose and ultimately replace, my garage door opener. They sent a text with a picture of the technician in advance. Shorty (the technician) called before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my 18 year old opener and recommended replacing it. In about an hour, the opener was replaced, a new keypad installed, a new wall control installed and my garage was back to normal! Very courteous, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. Great job! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your service! I was privileged to be served today by Bob and Shorty. Both were very friendly and professional. They immediately repaired my opener and answered all questions. I would highly recommend both for anyone needing good and competent service providers. Also thank you to the company. I had booked another company two days ago to come out and they canceled at the last minute today. I called Precision and they responded immediately and the issue was fixed before the other company was even due to be here. I cannot thank you and your staff enough, Erin and especially Bob and Shorty,, for such an excellent experience. I will not hesitate to use your services again!

Rick & Bob arrived at my home within hours of my call to Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door, which had broke hours before. My male renter, Dale, observed the fixing of the door by the technicians. They did a thorough job and cleaned up the mess they had incurred.
