I came home this morning and found that my garage door wouldn’t open. I pulled the rope to disengage the opener but the door would still not budge. I called Precision Garage Door Services and talked with a woman who helped me get an appointment immediately – a few minutes later I received a text from the company telling me that a technician was on his way – his name and a photo were included along with a short bio. When Ryan arrived I felt totally comfortable as we looked at the door together and he explained why the opener and door were not working – he took time to examine things and then told me what needed to be done and why. Ryan provided a very thorough assessment of the garage door with all its components and listed the options with prices that could be done. He did an excellent job in changing out the cables, springs, etc., to make the door run smoothly again. Was very satisfied with the result.

Ryan, our tech did a great job. Was out when scheduled, assessed the issue, didn't try and oversell the project and fixed what needed to be done at a reasonable price. Afterward, walked me thru what he did and made recommendations for future care and upkeep. When the time comes to replace instead of fix, these will be my go-to guys. Great job.
