Bob was outstanding and very personable. Fixed a previous issue by Precision Door (human error, no hard feelings) and communicated the exact problem and solution. Same day service is always appreciated but not expected. I will remain a loyal customer.

The overhead spring on the garage door broke Friday night. Called Precision Saturday morning, made an appointment for Monday between 12 and 2:00. They showed up 15 minutes early, looked over the problem, checked over the door to make sure there weren't any other things that needed attention, gave me an estimate. 35 -40 minutes later, they were finished. The service is outstanding, they back up the parts with a 3 year warranty, and the tech, Bob M. Was outstanding. They were so fast that I was still able to sneak out and play 9 holes of golf.

The whole experience went very well. Rick showed up hours before expected and completed the work quickly! I knew Rick from his time helping coach my son’s 8th grade Kaukauna Raiders football team! It was nice to catch up and chat a bit!

I picked Precision Garage Door because of their user-friendly website. It contained all the information I needed to make a decision and book an appointment for the next day with a few clicks. Texts with pictures and a Bio of the technician in route alleviates any question of who will show up. Bob showed me all the choices with estimates. I was able to make an easy decision. Bob and Shorty were professional and quick. They finished the job in no time. Within 24 hours I was once again using my garage door. Great job! Thank you!

Had Rick come out to the house to take a look at our garage door opener that's been having problems for a few years. Was right on time, and had good communication beforehand to let me know how far away he was. Rick was able to quickly diagnose the issue, (along with some other electrical issues were experiencing) and offered us solutions for a fix from short term to long term. After looking over the options, he was able to get the work done same day, within hours. This was impressive as many companies take a look, give you a quote, and have to come back for the service at a later time. Overall great service from a great company. We will have Precision come back when we are ready for a door upgrade in the future. Highly recommend.
