Service Provided:
Garage Door Repair
The garage door spring broke so I checked around. Most were closed or booked already. Found Precision Garage Door and was able to get a repair scheduled for following Monday. I received a text confirming the appointment and further received a reminder over the weekend. On top of that, on day of service, I received a called a few hours ahead of scheduled time and a text identifying Rick ahead with new time for repair. Rick performed a thorough evaluation of the door, provided recommendations and estimates, and then proceeded to provide exceptional and very professional service. I'd definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing to have installation and/or repairs for their garage door. Mark Eanes
