My single torsion spring broke on my wife’s stall when she left for work. After reading other reviews on Precision Door I had Bob and Shorty stop out for an estimate and explanation of options and in under two hours they had my garage door back in action. Precision came out quickly to help me out. The two technicians we had, Matt aka "Shorty" and Bob were outstanding! They approached me, and listened to all of my concerns. They checked out the issues with my garage door was having and fixed the problem right away. These guys were very knowledgeable and worked very well together. Top notch service! Rick and Bob arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. They exceeded my expectations by fixing and restoring my garage door within one hour. Their expertise and professionalism are commendable. I was so grateful that Precision Garage Door could come so quickly to diagnose and ultimately replace, my garage door opener. They sent a text with a picture of the technician in advance. Shorty (the technician) called before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my 18 year old opener and recommended replacing it. In about an hour, the opener was replaced, a new keypad installed, a new wall control installed and my garage was back to normal! Very courteous, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. Great job! Highly recommend!

My garage door wouldn't open. I needed it repaired ASAP. I called for a appointment. I was told someone could repair it within a couple hours. Rick came out and did the repairs and updated the mechanism to run the door. Rick was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend the services provided from Precision Garage Door. Had an operator reinforcement bracket installed on 16x7 overhead door. Original opener bracket had separated from door. Matt and Joel were very professional and knowledgeable. To my surprise my garage door broke. It was 7am and had to use my wife’s car. I began searching for garage door repair companies. First I tried local companies but only got answering machines. I called Precision and actually talked to a person. I was immediately given an arrival time. Bob and associate arrived on time and made the repair. Don’t be afraid to mention retired law enforcement or veteran. Save a few bucks.

These guys rock! They replaced a couple of doors for me last year. When one of them had a cable come loose my renter texted me at 6:07 AM on a Saturday. I booked an appointment online and by 9:30 the door was fixed and there was no charge. Bob and Shorty took care of business in a professional manner and I couldn't be more happy. Great business.
