Matt Elsinger was extremely professional and prompt. He explained the whole process to me including maintenance for my garage doors even though he was only fixing one side. He was friendly and did not try to upsell me on anything. He explained the options I had and explained each one to me. Mike “Shorty” Martin and Bob Meidam were great to work with. I chose Precision Garage Door because, literally, they were the first company that came up, when I searched online for a garage door repair service. Everything I read about them sounded good. They had very good reviews, so I called and gave them a try. They stopped over a few hours after I contacted them. They tried to fix the issue I was having on my, at least, 16 year old garage opener. Unfortunately, the fix that they tried didn’t work, so they came back the next day and replaced the garage door opener. I was very happy with them. I met three of the employees. They were all super nice and very helpful. Everything‘s been working great since and I couldn’t be more happy. I know two of the three guys, that were here, are veterans and one of them is the owner. I’m always up for supporting the veterans. I would highly recommend them, for any garage door issues you might be having.

Awesome company. They were very prompt. They sent a text when in route to our house, along with a picture of the person coming. Bob was accompanies by Matt.
