Our spring broke, and we needed same day service. Our regular garage door guy couldn't get there same day, so I began to search online for someone that could. Reviews for Precision were all very good. Matt and Bob arrived ahead of schedule (they called to let us know that their previous appointment went faster than expected). work was done quickly and we felt the price was reasonable.

Very friendly and fast service! I had an emergency situation with my door and there were no openings until the next day. I received a call shortly after my initial call stating that the tech was only 20 mins away and was able to stop and assess. Provided 3 different quotes with suggestions based off of the safety inspection and they ended up being able to repair on the spot so no next day appt needed! Bob and Shorty were knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Very polite and efficient gentlemen came for an estimate on keyless remote not retaining the code for long periods of time. Explained the reason for my keyless entry issues in a way I could understand. Basically instead of a bandaid to buy a few weeks/months to consider replacing the whole unit saving money in the long run. Definitely will call when we get approval from the landlord.

Our technician gave us an honest appraisal of the work needed and several choices for how we could proceed. He didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need. It is nice to see that kind of integrity. The work was done quickly, but with good attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged before they left. I was very satisfied with the service provided and would fully recommend them to family and friends.

The service was great! Had my garage door fixed in less than 1/2 hr - very friendly, knowledgeable, and the cost was very reasonable- definitely recommend this company. In addition to the repair I ordered a new door as mine was very old and worn. Looking forward to the installation in a couple short weeks!
