I was very happy that you had an answering service on a Sunday ( on a Packer Sunday!) and that you were able to come the following day. I was fearing it might be many days before getting service. Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly, so very happy with the service. Our second garage door is just as old as the one fixed, so when that one goes, I’ll be giving you a call again.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. We chose Precision Door based on their reviews. Our technician Travis was very friendly and very transparent with everything during the service call. We did wind up having to install a new garage door opener, that was able to be done immediately. Was no hassle of scheduling another apportionment. We would highly recommend Precision Door!!!

We Originally called another company that couldn't come out for a week. We called Precision and were scheduled for the next day. The garage doors were fixed in just over an hour. The technician was personable and explained what he did to my wife. Travis arrived on time and knew what he was doing. Very easy to work with and had broken spring replaced in about a half hour, as he predicted.
