These guys rock! They replaced a couple of doors for me last year. When one of them had a cable come loose my renter texted me at 6:07 AM on a Saturday. I booked an appointment online and by 9:30 the door was fixed and there was no charge. Bob and Shorty took care of business in a professional manner and I couldn't be more happy. Great business.

Thank you so much for your service! I was privileged to be served today by Bob and Shorty. Both were very friendly and professional. They immediately repaired my opener and answered all questions. I would highly recommend both for anyone needing good and competent service providers. Also thank you to the company. I had booked another company two days ago to come out and they canceled at the last minute today. I called Precision and they responded immediately and the issue was fixed before the other company was even due to be here. Matt Elsinger was extremely professional and prompt. He explained the whole process to me including maintenance for my garage doors even though he was only fixing one side. He was friendly and did not try to upsell me on anything. He explained the options I had and explained each one to me. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Matt to friends and family in the future.

Mike “Shorty” Martin and Bob Meidam were great to work with. I chose Precision Garage Door because, literally, they were the first company that came up, when I searched online for a garage door repair service. Everything I read about them sounded good. They had very good reviews, so I called and gave them a try. They stopped over a few hours after I contacted them. They tried to fix the issue I was having on my, at least, 16 year old garage opener. Unfortunately, the fix that they tried didn’t work, so they came back the next day and replaced the garage door opener. I was very happy with them. I met three of the employees. They were all super nice and very helpful. Everything‘s been working great since and I couldn’t be more happy. I know two of the three guys, that were here, are veterans and one of them is the owner. I’m always up for supporting the veterans. I would highly recommend them, for any garage door issues you might be having.

Rick & Bob arrived at my home within hours of my call to Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door, which had broke hours before. Awesome company. They were very prompt. They sent a text when in route to our house, along with a picture of the person coming. Bob was accompanies by Matt. They did a 25 point inspection, they let us know what was wrong and gave est. Approved est. And they were done within an hour. I would highly recommend this company. Very reasonable in price.

To my surprise my garage door broke. It was 7am and had to use my wife’s car. I began searching for garage door repair companies. First I tried local companies but only got answering machines. I called Precision and actually talked to a person. I was immediately given an arrival time. Bob and associate arrived on time and made the repair. Don’t be afraid to mention retired law enforcement or veteran. Save a few bucks.
