You have the best technicians ever and they are obviously very well trained. Matt and his partner were great at communicating and so efficient in installing my new garage door. Our spring broke, and we needed same day service. Our regular garage door guy couldn't get there same day, so I began to search online for someone that could. We had a good experience with all the people we worked with at Precision. From the person that answered our call, to the two employees - Shorty and Bob - that came to service our garage door. They gave us a few options to repair the garage door with prices and explanations. Once we decided on the plan, the men started working on the repair and did so in a timely manner. All of their work was explained in a manner we could understand and they answered all of our questions during the process with patience and easy to understand explanations. Our torsion spring broke on our garage door of our 23 year old house and I was hoping to get it fixed quickly. I LOVED the ability to use the Precision website to pick and schedule my own repair time, which was available the SAME DAY! Garage door spring Broke on a Sunday afternoon and it just happened to be Mother’s Day. Called their number at 6:30 on Sunday night got scheduled the next morning at 8 o’clock. The tech was here at 8:03. His name was Joel. Super good guy did a great job was done by 9 AM. Highly recommend.
