I called Precision because the company that I was working with originally did not show up to service the opener they installed. Precision was prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company, I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. Thank you Precision!

My overhead door Latch broke on my lawn shed, there is no service door to enter just the overhead door, the plastic latch inside stripped out. Called precision to come and see if they could fix it, was not successful, possible had to replace the overhead door with a new one, cut the old door out to get in. I had nothing to loose at this point, I took the steel weather cap off on the roof, reached down with a long rod to pop the cable

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because back in April 2025, their team came out and fixed my broken garage door. They did a fantastic job with the repair. Currently, I was having issues with the door not opening up all the way. It seemed to want to open at an angle once it got to the top of the opening. Joel Hamil was the technician that came out to take a look at it. After further investigation, there was a bolt that lost the attached nut and it was blocking the track at the top of the railing. Joel diagnosed the problem and replaced the bolt and nut.

One of my coil springs broke my 16ft garage door, so I called Precision and they scheduled me for an 8 a.m. repair in two days. The service man got in touch with me at 8:10 and said they were on the way. They gave me 3 different estimates after a check over. I told them what I wanted and in an hour they were done. Both workers were pleasant and courteous. If I have another door problem I would definitely call them again. Great job!

Quite a surprise for us this morning as our garage door opener quit working. The stars must have been aligned for us as one of you service agents was completing service on a neighbors garage door. So my wife flagged him down to see if he could help. Much to our delight he had time to solve our issue. Shorty was quite helpful and very accommodating. He completed our service in short fashion which saved us a lot of time. So thanks to him and your company for the great service.

I had an emergency and they came out the next day expertly diagnosed my issues and even found potentially dangerous situations where the garage door could collapse. My door was repaired very quickly so it’s operational. They are an extremely friendly company with very reasonable pricing.

Overall, my experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. They exceeded my expectations by getting me an earlier appointment, communicating to me when the technician was on their way, and answering all my questions. Elijah was very thorough, had great attention to detail, went above and beyond by tightening loose screws, and provided options based on my needs. Thanks so much for the great experience.
