Rick & Bob arrived at my home within hours of my call to Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door, which had broke hours before. My male renter, Dale, observed the fixing of the door by the technicians. They did a thorough job and cleaned up the mess they had incurred. Awesome company. They were very prompt. They sent a text when in route to our house, along with a picture of the person coming. Bob was accompanies by Matt. They did a 25 point inspection, they let us know what was wrong and gave est. Approved est. And they were done within an hour. I would highly recommend this company. Very reasonable in price.

Excellent work! When my garage door failed to open yesterday evening, I used Google to find someone who would help and this company showed up on the screen. I was told that help would come this morning and that I would receive a call to alert me when the technicians were on their way. As promised, I received an advance warning and an ETA. The men arrived on time, were very courteous and worked steadily until the job was finished. I’m very pleased to have a smooth-running garage door now. The updates on the garage light and garage door openers were also welcome. Very professional work. I would certainly recommend this company to any neighbors who were seeking a similar service. Congratulations on a job well done!

Don and Rick came out in less than 24 hours to fix our garage door. They were both kind and personable. They figured out the problem and provided 3 estimates for me to choose what work to do on the same day. In less than 2 hours our main garage door was working again.
