We Originally called another company that couldn't come out for a week. We called Precision and were scheduled for the next day. Ryan provided excellent customer service, very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our opener quickly and efficiently and went over and above to make sure everything was working properly.

Ryan provided a very thorough assessment of the garage door with all its components and listed the options with prices that could be done. He did an excellent job in changing out the cables, springs, etc., to make the door run smoothly again. Was very satisfied with the result.
