Matt, the technician was great. He was totally informed about the products he installed and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn’t just rush through the job and gave me some alternatives for the repair. He also gave me some advice about maintenance of the springs and door also what products to use. The overall experience was totally satisfactory and I would recommend using Precision Door to any of my neighbors. Also appreciated the little bio about the technician.

The people that did the work were very professional and good at what they do. In one half hour they found the problem and made all the corrections and replaced the parts and the garage door work like new after 16 years. Shorty did an excellent job.

Garage door spring Broke on a Sunday afternoon and it just happened to be Mother’s Day. Called their number at 6:30 on Sunday night got scheduled the next morning at 8 o’clock. The tech was here at 8:03. His name was Joel. Super good guy did a great job was done by 9 AM. Highly recommend.

Roger came out at the time he said he would be here and we found out that it was a Wayne Dalton garage door that precision does not work on. He gave me the information of a competitor door company that works on that type of door. It was very much appreciated.

Very polite and efficient gentlemen came for an estimate on keyless remote not retaining the code for long periods of time. Explained the reason for my keyless entry issues in a way I could understand. Basically instead of a bandaid to buy a few weeks/months to consider replacing the whole unit saving money in the long run. Definitely will call when we get approval from the landlord.

Our technician gave us an honest appraisal of the work needed and several choices for how we could proceed. He didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need. It is nice to see that kind of integrity. The work was done quickly, but with good attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged before they left.
