Great service! Despite the need for help with our garage door opener was during the weekend, we received service in a timely manner. Technician Matt Elsinger was professional and pleasant. He communicated everything we needed to know clearly.

Our torsion spring broke on our garage door of our 23 year old house and I was hoping to get it fixed quickly. I LOVED the ability to use the Precision website to pick and schedule my own repair time, which was available the SAME DAY! The guys showed up right on time and we excellent at communicating the exact process that was going to happen and gave me great details to understand all of my options. We were planning to purchase new garage doors in the near future and they offered to us the ability to pay for the spring repair, but have that money transfer into the bill of the new doors when we place that order. THAT IS AWESOME! Now we can get our new doors but not lose the money in getting this repaired in the short time. Very friendly and fast service! I had an emergency situation with my door and there were no openings until the next day. Garage door spring Broke on a Sunday afternoon and it just happened to be Mother’s Day. Called their number at 6:30 on Sunday night got scheduled the next morning at 8 o’clock. The tech was here at 8:03. His name was Joel. Super good guy did a great job was done by 9 AM. Highly recommend.

Roger came out at the time he said he would be here and we found out that it was a Wayne Dalton garage door that precision does not work on. He gave me the information of a competitor door company that works on that type of door. It was very much appreciated.

Very polite and efficient gentlemen came for an estimate on keyless remote not retaining the code for long periods of time. Explained the reason for my keyless entry issues in a way I could understand. Basically instead of a bandaid to buy a few weeks/months to consider replacing the whole unit saving money in the long run. Definitely will call when we get approval from the landlord.

Our technician gave us an honest appraisal of the work needed and several choices for how we could proceed. He didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need. It is nice to see that kind of integrity. The work was done quickly, but with good attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged before they left. I was very satisfied with the service provided and would fully recommend them to family and friends.
