The techs who came to the house were nice, professional, I had informed them was using home Warranty, never said anything. Gave me quote, I submitted to my warranty company, I contacted precision door to inform them, was told they don't handle home warranties. So, total waste of my time and efforts. Not a happy customer

The overhead spring on the garage door broke Friday night. Called Precision Saturday morning, made an appointment for Monday between 12 and 2:00. They showed up 15 minutes early, looked over the problem, checked over the door to make sure there weren't any other things that needed attention, gave me an estimate. 35 -40 minutes later, they were finished. The service is outstanding, they back up the parts with a 3 year warranty, and the tech, Bob M. Was outstanding. They were so fast that I was still able to sneak out and play 9 holes of golf.

I was so grateful that Precision Garage Door could come so quickly to diagnose and ultimately replace, my garage door opener. They sent a text with a picture of the technician in advance. Shorty (the technician) called before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my 18 year old opener and recommended replacing it. In about an hour, the opener was replaced, a new keypad installed, a new wall control installed and my garage was back to normal! Very courteous, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. Great job! Highly recommend!

My garage door wouldn't open. I needed it repaired ASAP. I called for a appointment. I was told someone could repair it within a couple hours. Had an operator reinforcement bracket installed on 16x7 overhead door. Original opener bracket had separated from door. Matt and Joel were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in simple terms and were done in no time. You should be proud to have the two of them on your team. Would highly recommend your business to anyone!

To my surprise my garage door broke. It was 7am and had to use my wife’s car. I began searching for garage door repair companies. First I tried local companies but only got answering machines. I called Precision and actually talked to a person. I was immediately given an arrival time. Bob and associate arrived on time and made the repair. Don’t be afraid to mention retired law enforcement or veteran. Save a few bucks.

These guys rock! They replaced a couple of doors for me last year. When one of them had a cable come loose my renter texted me at 6:07 AM on a Saturday. I booked an appointment online and by 9:30 the door was fixed and there was no charge. Bob and Shorty took care of business in a professional manner and I couldn't be more happy. Great business.
