Don and Rick came out in less than 24 hours to fix our garage door. They were both kind and personable. They figured out the problem and provided 3 estimates for me to choose what work to do on the same day. In less than 2 hours our main garage door was working again. I'm super thankful for Precision being able to come out same day to replace my broken spring. They did a full safety inspection and were able to replace several items that were nearing the end of their useful life, so hopefully I won't have any days in the near future where my car is stuck in the garage again. I came home this morning and found that my garage door wouldn’t open. I pulled the rope to disengage the opener but the door would still not budge. I called Precision Garage Door Services and talked with a woman who helped me get an appointment immediately – a few minutes later I received a text from the company telling me that a technician was on his way – his name and a photo were included along with a short bio. When Ryan arrived I felt totally comfortable as we looked at the door together and he explained why the opener and door were not working – he took time to examine things and then told me what needed to be done and why.
